What is Certification?
Intuit, the maker of QuickBooks, offers two types of certification to validate your knowledge and skills:
The Certified QuickBooks User exams prove that you know how to use QuickBooks for a business (either Desktop or Online).
The Certified Bookkeeping Professional Exam validates your bookkeeping and accounting skills beyond QuickBooks.
How do I get it?
You can take the exams at universities and technical schools, which cost $125 each. But if you take our classes, we pay for your certification!
With Complete Training & Live Help, you get all three exams, including free retake for each.
Or you can take the 2-day class and receive a single exam (and a free retake) for the version of QuickBooks you learned.
Certification is a must-have for anyone who wants to work as a Bookkeeper and use QuickBooks.
We teach separate Live classes for the most current version of QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop. Don't worry if you have a different version or edition, because the Instructor points out the differences. All self-paced classes are available in both QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop. The only version of QuickBooks that we don't offer training is QuickBooks Desktop for Mac.
If none of the scheduled 2-day classes work for you, Complete Training & Live Help includes training options that fit any schedule:
Self-paced:
You can learn at your own pace and watch a self-paced version of the class that includes the same topics and manual. The self-paced class takes about 10 hours to complete, but you can pause, and step away from the training, and it keeps track of where you left off. You can also rewatch any part of the class whenever you want.
1-hour instructor-led classes:
You can learn from a series of 1-hour classes spread out over two weeks (or longer)!
Live QuickBooks Help:
Get all your questions answered using Live Help; a program we've developed that lets you speak to a knowledgable QuickBooks instructor and share your screen so you can solve problems in YOUR QuickBooks!

We do have a self-paced version of the class that you can watch at your own pace, as many times as you want. That version of the class is available with Complete Training & Live Help. As an attendee of the live 2-Day class, you do not receive a recording of the class. To access that you'll need Complete Training & Live Help.
You can cancel your membership at any time to end your live services (daily instructor-led classes and Live QuickBooks Help) - but you'll still have access to the entire learning library (including all future updates!). When you decide to return and access your live services again, just pay the monthly fee and we'll reactivate your account.
